This trip offers you and your guest a chance to experience the Spanish Colonial–inspired enclave in Rancho Santa Fe, California. When you drive through the gates, be prepared for the ultimate pampering in our lush oasis of beauty and space with our uniquely California coastal vibe.

The resort includes 49 private, luxuriously appointed, individually heated and cooled guest casitas with spacious patios and fireplaces situated across 45 acres of lush gardens and citrus groves — offering the space, privacy, and comfort of your own coastal ranch. The Forbes 5-Star rated Resort and Spa features rejuvenating wellness, fitness, and world-renowned tennis programming.

This registration website features all the travel details needed to prepare for your experience. Before beginning your registration, we invite you to explore the activities available to you. During registration, you will be able to select your preferred activities for you and your guest.

We are pleased to offer round-trip business class travel for you and your guest when available. Once your registration is complete, it will be sent to the event staff for processing within 72 hours. You will be notified via email with a proposed itinerary, based on your selections, for your final approval.

Note: If changes are required to the approved itinerary after ticketing, you may be responsible for change fees and adjustments in fare.

Ground transportation to Rancho Valencia Resort

Ground Transportation

Ground transportation will be provided between San Diego International Airport (SAN) and the Rancho Valencia Resort, located approximately 35 minutes from the airport.

When you arrive in the baggage claim area, you will be greeted by event staff with 2026 Premier Porsche Center Experience signage, who will provide luggage assistance and escort you to your awaiting vehicle.

Transportation will also be provided for all hosted activities for the duration of the experience.

You and your guest will have a choice of activities on Wednesday, September 23 and Thursday, September 24. You will select one activity for both you and your guest per day. Please review the details and make your selections during registration.

When should I arrive and depart?
All guests should plan to arrive at the Rancho Valencia Resort by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22. The Welcome Reception begins at 6:00 PM. Return travel should be scheduled for Friday, September 25; check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you are traveling to San Diego International Airport (SAN), the transfer time to the hotel is approximately 35 minutes — please take this into consideration when booking your travel.
May I pre-extend or post-extend my trip?
All extensions are handled based on space availability, subject to published rates. To request an extension, please contact the Event Concierge at porschepremierdealer@helmsbriscoe.com, 972.322.3985 or 214.604.8109. Attendees are responsible for any pre- or post-extension night costs.
What are the procedures for booking air travel?
Within 72 hours of registration, a travel representative will research your home travel city and flight options. An email with your proposed itinerary will be sent for your review. We will work directly with you to reserve the flight that works best for your schedule. Once your flight is purchased, you may be responsible for any changes resulting in additional fees.
What costs are included in the program?
During the program dates of September 22–25, we offer an all-expense-paid program including business-class airfare for you and a guest; all lodging expenses, meals, scheduled activities, and gratuities. For any incidental expenses not covered exclusively by the program, you may be responsible for these costs.
Will I or my guest incur a taxable benefit by attending?
Attendees will incur a taxable benefit. Based on U.S. tax regulations, each participant will be required to complete a W-9 and submit it prior to attending. Canadian residents will be required to complete a Taxpayer Identification form, based on Canadian tax regulations. More information will be provided during the registration process.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Please note any dietary requirements under the “Register Now” tab when you register, and we will be more than happy to accommodate these requests.
Once I have registered, can I modify my registration?
You will be able to make changes, based on availability, at any time while registration is open. After your registration is completed, you will be responsible for any additional costs or penalties incurred due to changing your airline schedule or extending your hotel stay.
What is the weather like in September?
During September, the average high is in the mid-70s with evening temperatures in the mid-60s. View the current forecast.
Are there age requirements for guest attendees?
The Premier Porsche Center Experience is designed for the Dealer Principal (or General Manager) and their guest, who must be over age 21. Due to program limitations, we are unable to extend any program offerings to additional guests or family members.
What should I pack?
Resort Casual is always appropriate for the Rancho Valencia Resort.

Activities: Please plan to dress accordingly for the activity selections you chose during your stay. Hats and sunglasses are always recommended.
